Facilities were great, but the room had dirty curtains.

The hotel was perfect, location was stunning in the middle of the city, incredible breakfast. My lagoon suite had modern conveniences, including a private safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. Location: the venue was right by indulgent getaway, and bus stop...

It was fairly clean, everyone was very, very nice and welcoming. Booked twin/double room with an electronic key card, cable channels, and a study table.

Had a sweet as stay! The spa was great, but I wish the beds were double instead of singles. Breakfast was good, but a bit slow sometimes.

Positive, Excellent location and a fantastic spa. The pool area was free from harsh chemicals, a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive.

Dining experience disappointing due to perceived low-quality, pre-fabricated food, despite the clean presentation of the restaurant. Wellness area gets noisy with kids allowed unsupervised, disrupting the relaxation atmosphere. The restaurant pricing seems a bit steep for the quality offered.

Had an amazing time with a spacious, luxurious suite that felt like a small oasis. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a tiny note, the living room could use a lamp for cozier lighting. Otherwise, everything was sweet! 😊

Spacious room with air conditioning, a lovely balcony, and a clean private bathroom with great amenities. The bed has an electric motor for comfort. The spa area is amazing with an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and multiple saunas. Breakfast was good with a self-service buffet plus made-to-order dishes. Loved everything!
